Delivery is on the terms set out in our delivery policy and incorporated into these conditions. Once item as shipped and email confirmation with tracking number has been received, customer will be responsible for keeping track of package. When will my order ship?
Creating these unique, handcrafted products to your specifications or to meet our standards, take time. The Production process takes 3 to 5 business days. Some items will be shipped separately and may take longer due to the production process. ( For example custom doll orders, and or bulk orders may take longer to ship).

4. Refunds and Returns/Payment Terms
We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns. Due to the safety precautions put in place for Kirrah & Kalani, and due to the COVID-19, refunds and returns are not accepted.
